Analisis Perilaku Belanja Konsumen Sebelum Dan Selama Situasi Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract
Situasi kritis pandemic COVID-19 mendorong perilaku manusia ke arah yang berbeda dimana orang-orang mulai melakukan perubahan terhadap perilaku pembeliannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat perbedaan perilaku pembelian pelanggan sebelum dengan selama masa pandemi COVID 19 terhadap. Perilaku pembelian pelanggan dilihat dari beberapa dimensi seperti frequency, necessity, methods of payments, price, dan availability product/services. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa riset kuantitatif . Sampel yang digunakan adalah masyarakat seBandung Raya dimana perilaku konsumsi/pembeliannya yang terdampak sebelum dan selama pandemi. Jumlah responden yang ada sekitar 200 responden. Analisis statistik yang dilakukan adalah uji beda paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan frequency sebelum dan selama pandemic sedangkan untuk variabel necessity, methods of payments, price, dan availability product/services hasilnya menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan selama pandemi.
