Peran Komitmen Organisasi dalam Memediasi Job Satisfaction dan Job Insecurity Terhadap Turnover Intention

Abstract
This research aims to realize the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on turnover intention and organizational commitment as a mediating variable at Pusat Penelitian Perkebunan Gula Indonesia. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The sample uses nonprobability sampling, namely saturated samples or census. The number of samples in this research was all 115 Pusat Penelitian Perkebunan Gula Indonesia employees. In the process of collecting data, the method used is a questionnaire. The data were tested using SmartPLS. The results of this research found that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, job insecurity has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, job insecurity does not affect organizational commitment and organizational commitment has a negative effect in mediating job satisfaction and job insecurity on turnover intention at Pusat Penelitian Perkebunan Gula Indonesia.
