Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Bank BPR Syariah Harum Hikmah Nugraha

Abstract
Prompted by globalization's demand to reinforce human resources in Islamic banking, this studies explores how work discipline and the paintings surroundings impact employee performance at PT financial institution BPR Syariah Harum Hikmah Nugraha, located in Leles, Garut. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive-verificative method, utilizing questionnaires as the primary data collection instrument for all employees, and applies multiple linear regression to examine the data. The literature highlights disciplinary practices and both physical and psychosocial workplace conditions as determinants of productivity. The result show that work discipline and the work environment surroundings each exert high quality, full-size impacts on employee overall performance, with discipline a more potent effect. The findings highlight that sustaining and enhancing employee performance is possible by strengthening disciplinary practices and by improving the quality of organizational support and facilities.
