Abstract

Keterlibatan karyawan merupakan konsep penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia karena mencerminkan tingkat komitmen, antusiasme, dan keterlibatan karyawan dalam pekerjaan dan organisasi mereka. Keterlibatan karyawan yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, produktivitas, dan kualitas layanan, terutama di lembaga pelayanan publik dengan risiko kerja tinggi seperti Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan di antara karyawan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 125 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Faktor Eksploratori (EFA) dengan IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 20 indikator direduksi menjadi dua faktor utama, yaitu faktor psikososial dan lingkungan kerja serta faktor kepemimpinan dan dukungan organisasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan dipengaruhi oleh aspek internal dan eksternal organisasi.
