Pengukuran Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa Politeknik Di Kota Medan Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to scientifically prove that there are differences in the expectations and performance of services provided to Polytechnic students in Medan City and to describe the level of satisfaction of Polytechnic students in Medan City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and questionnaire data collection methods. Questionnaires were distributed to 389 polytechnic students in Medan City. Student satisfaction was measured by the SERVQUAL Parasuraman method, and using the Cartician Diagram to determine the coordinates of each attribute. The results showed that there was a difference between student expectations and the performance of polytechnic services, while the level of student satisfaction was 78.35%, which means that the satisfaction level of Medan City Polytechnic students during the Covid-19 period was Satisfied
