Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Sosialisasi Organisasi di KPSM Gurami Desa Semanu Kabupaten Gunung Kidul

Abstract
Waste bank is a form of community organization that aims to treat waste. One of the waste banks in Semanu Village is KPSM Gurami. This KPSM Gurami has a variety of activities that can improve the economy. One of the problems in the KPSM Gurami is related to organizational management. This community service focuses on improving organizational management at KPSM Gurami. This community service method is through counseling and socialization. Based on the results of community service that has been carried out by members of the KPSM Gurami, they can identify external factors that affect the KPSM Gurami. In addition, based on the post test results that have been given to members of the KPSM Gurami, it was found that all respondents know and understand well about the organization, organizational structure, as well as internal and external conditions of an organization
