Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase participants' awareness of the importance of understanding and using digital marketing to expand marketing so that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can compete in the market. Counseling and training activities were carried out at the Bina Amanah Cordova Entrepreneurship School (SKBAC) in the West Mangu Gorge, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang City, Banten. This SKBAC offers training including: kiosks, workshops, sewing, grocery stores, jewelry, embroidery, screen printing and ornamental plants, etc. This training program lasts for 1 year. Participants who participated were 19 people in this counseling and training. The participants gave very good answers about this event, how to register an online store or social media, how to create an account, which digital marketing is used most often, how to use social media, how to join social media, and online stores to expand product marketing and his services.
