Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan Tentang Antibiotik dan Pencegahan Resistensi di SMK Farmasi Putra Bangsa Salatiga

Abstract
The increasing use of antibiotics in humans and animals has resulted in a significant increase in the incidence of resistance. Efforts to increase public knowledge are carried out to support the control of antibiotic resistance. There is still a high level of knowledge that is low in the community, so education is needed about the use of antibiotics and the dangers of antibiotic resistance, one of which is among SMK students, so that later it can provide an overview of the level of knowledge among adolescents. The target of community service activities are Putra Bangsa Pharmacy Vocational School students, as many as 41. The method used provides education about antibiotics and resistance prevention and measures the level of student knowledge using a questionnaire. The results of the service activities show that the level of knowledge of Putra Bangsa Pharmacy Vocational School students about antibiotics and resistance prevention is in the good category (87.8%).
