Pendampingan Pengelolaan Portofolio Dosen melalui Pelatihan Aplikasi SISTER

Abstract
The Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER) is an application created by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology to manage human resource databases, especially those of lecturers in tertiary institutions. SISTER is also an important indicator for measuring the performance of lecturers in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education, which will later be reported every semester. However, it was found that there were still lecturers who had not registered and filled in their personal data at SISTER completely and correctly. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide training on the operation of SISTER for lecturers within the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, UIN Suska Riau. This service activity is in the form of training and mentoring on sister operations, which are carried out virtually using the Zoom Meeting device. The material presented included an introduction to SISTER, how to register and login, how to fill in profile data and biodata, and the tridharma of lecturers at SISTER. The direct guidance provided is in the form of guidance and assistance to lecturers in filling in their personal data at SISTER. The result of this service activity is that SISTER training has helped lecturers fill in their personal data at SISTER completely and correctly.
