Penguatan Wawasan Teknologi Informasi Dalam Ruang Kerja Masa Depan Sebagai Respon Terhadap Pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara

Abstract
Pasca menempuh Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) ada beberapa pilihan bagi alumni, misal: 1. Bekerja, 2. Kuliah, 3. Wirausaha, 4. Kuliah sambil kerja, 5. Wirausaha sambil kuliah. Sebanyak 70% siswa merencanakan untuk lanjut kuliah namun belum. menentukan pilihan di program studi apa. Dan 75% yang memilih bekerja belum tau akan bekerja di bidang apa.Para siswa merasa asing dengan istilah dunia kerja dan dunia pendidikan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi memiliki andil tanggung jawab menyiapkan SDM menghadapi dunia pasca sekolah. Dengan tahapan awal adalah menyiapkan pengetahuan mereka akan tantangan dunia kerja di era teknologi informasi. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode seminar dan workshop yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa kelas XII yang terdiri dari 73 peserta. Seminar dengan inti informasi adalah mengenai kebutuhan dunia kerja, ruang kerja, dan budaya kerja yang diperlukan di era industri 4.0, hardskills untuk beberapa profesi tertentu. Sementara untuk workshop spesifik ke softskills yaitu komunikasi publik.
