Peningkatan Pengetahuan Agile Scrum dalam Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak pada Startup Kala Kreatif Indonesia

Abstract
Kala Kreatif Indonesia merupakan startup dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, Kala Kreatif Indonesia telah menerapkan kerangka kerja manajemen proyek berupa Scrum. Namun dalam penerapannya belum sesuai dengan fundamental Agile Scrum. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan terkait Agile Scrum pada beberapa karyawan. Implementasi Scrum yang belum sesuai fundamental Agile Scrum mengakibatkan beberapa acara penting dalam Scrum tidak diselenggarakan, delivery product pada setiap sprint tidak selalu tercapai, dan belum adanya evaluasi kinerja tim. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami, diberikan solusi berupa pelatihan Agile Scrum dan pendampingan implementasi Agile Scrum. Hasil dari pelatihan Agile Scrum yaitu berupa peningkatan pengetahuan karyawan. Sebelum dilaksanakan pelatihan, rata-rata pengetahuan karyawan tentang Agile Scrum yaitu 53%. Sedangkan setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan, rata-rata pengetahuan karyawan menjadi 80%. Hasil dari pendampingan implementasi Agile Scrum yaitu Kala Kreatif Indonesia telah dapat mengimplementasikan semua kegiatan dalam Scrum dengan baik dan benar.
