Upscaling Bisnis Kelompok Usaha Gula Kelapa di Desa Karangduwur melalui Culture Identity Packaging dan Strategi Digital Marketing

Abstract
Desa Karangduwur, yang terletak di Kecamatan Ayah, Kabupaten Kebumen, Jawa Tengah, memiliki potensi besar dalam industri gula kelapa, dengan hampir 50% dari 1.598 kepala keluarga berprofesi sebagai penderes dan pengrajin gula kelapa. Meskipun produksi gula kelapa yang signifikan, para pengrajin menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran dan kapasitas produksi yang optimal. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kapasitas produksi melalui pendekatan partisipatif dalam program kemitraan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan penerapan teknologi, termasuk pembangunan dapur bersih dan penggunaan vakum sealer. Hasil dari program menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas dan kapasitas produksi, penguatan kemampuan pemasaran melalui digital marketing, serta penerapan kemasan berbasis identitas budaya. Dampak ekonomi yang positif terlihat dari peningkatan pendapatan pengrajin serta kualitas produk yang lebih baik. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang tepat dapat memaksimalkan potensi lokal dan memberikan manfaat berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat.
