Pendampingan Persiapan Sertifikasi Agile Scrum pada Startup Kala Kreatif Indonesia

Abstract
Kala Kreatif Indonesia telah menerapkan Scrum dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Namun, belum ada karyawan tetap yang memiliki sertifikasi Scrum. Sertifikasi Scrum dibutuhkan untuk mendukung praktik Scrum terutama bagi anggota tim yang berperan sebagai Scrum Master. Biaya sertifikasi terbilang mahal, sehingga membutuhkan persiapan sebelum melakukan sertifikasi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan persiapan sertifikasi Agile Scrum pada Kala Kreatif Indonesia. Simulasi soal yang digunakan berasal dari EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation. Alur kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan masukan berupa hasil kegiatan pengabdian sebelumnya kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemilihan karyawan potensial untuk menjadi Scrum Master, dan pelaksanaan pendampingan persiapan sertifikasi Agile Scrum serta evaluasi. Pendampingan persiapan sertifikasi Agile Scrum mencakup tahap I, II, dan III. Hasil pendampingan persiapan sertifikasi Agile Scrum yaitu Kala Kreatif Indonesia dinyatakan siap mengikuti ujian sertifikasi Agile Scrum dengan memperoleh nilai ujian simulasi EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation yaitu 83% dan dinyatakan lulus. Hal ini telah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.
