Peningkatan Efektivitas Sistem Dukungan Psikososial dan Pendidikan Inklusif yang Adaptif bagi Anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Tabela Harapan Bangsa

Abstract
Program Kerja Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi Psikologi Kristen IAKN Palangka Raya untuk mengoptimalkan sistem dukungan psikososial dan pendidikan inklusif bagi anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Tabela Harapan Bangsa. Anak-anak di panti asuhan tersebut menghadapi tantangan kompleks seperti trauma psikologis, gangguan komunikasi, dan akses terbatas terhadap pendidikan yang memadai. Melalui pendekatan teoretis dalam bentuk teori motivasi Maslow dan teori kognitif Bandura, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan intervensi adaptif dan holistik untuk mendukung pemulihan dan perkembangan anak-anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan pengelola panti asuhan, mitra profesional, dan pemangku kepentingan lokal sebagai aktor utama perubahan. Program ini mencakup pelatihan staf, pembuatan buku saku tentang konseling, penyediaan layanan konseling, dan edukasi keluarga. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas pengasuh dan membangun sistem yang berkelanjutan untuk kesejahteraan anak-anak, sehingga berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDG 3, 4, dan 16.
