Digitalisasi Pencatatan Meter Air Untuk Meningkatkan Pengelolaan dan Produktivitas Jual Beli Air Bersih di Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat Ecofresh Tangerang Selatan

Abstract
Pengelolaan air bersih di KSM Ecofresh masih menghadapi permasalahan akurasi pencatatan meter, keterlambatan rekapitulasi, dan keterbatasan transparansi tagihan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada digitalisasi pencatatan meter air untuk meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi pengelolaan, dan keterbukaan informasi layanan air bersih berbasis komunitas. Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) diterapkan melalui tahapan to know, to understand, to plan, to act, dan to change, yang mencakup pemetaan kebutuhan, ko-desain alur kerja, pengembangan sistem berbasis web, sosialisasi dan pelatihan, serta implementasi awal dan pendampingan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman anggota KSM dan persepsi positif terhadap potensi peningkatan transparansi, efisiensi pencatatan, dan akurasi data. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa digitalisasi pencatatan meter air berpotensi memperkuat kualitas layanan dan tata kelola pengelolaan air bersih di tingkat komunitas.
