Pelatihan Strategi Literasi Lintas Mata Pelajaran untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Baca Siswa Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Abstract
Banyak di antara guru SIKL Malaysia masih merasa kesulitan menerapkan strategi literasi lintas mata pelajaran. Padahal, kemampuan baca siswa SIKL masih rendah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan strategi literasi lintas mata pelajaran pada siswa sekaligus memberi model kepada guru. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu workshop, diskusi, dan pendampingan. Workshop bertujuan untuk mengasah kemampuan menerapkan strategi literasi lintas mata pelajaran. Diskusi dimaksudkan untuk menajamkan konsep strategi literasi lntas mata pelajaran. Kegiatan pendampingan bertujuan untuk mendampingi peserta dalam pembuatan infografis dan pemakaiannya di kelas. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan PKM, kemampuan baca siswa meningkat dan guru dapat mengimpelmentasikan strategi literasi lintas matapelajaran. Luaran PKM ini yaitu artikel dalam jurnal JURPIKAT, HAKI, publikasi PKM di youtube, publikasi berita PKM di media online, dan SPK. Kegiatan PKM ini dikatakan berhasil karena pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan strategi literasi lintas mata pelajaran meningkat.
