Abstract
UMKM Tahu Barokah Rasa di Kecamatan Darmaraja, Kabupaten Sumedang, adalah unit usaha pengolahan tahu skala kecil yang bergantung pada mesin penggiling kedelai (Grinding Machine Panda Brand NT-200-1) sebagai peralatan inti produksi. Tantangan yang dihadapi mitra adalah minimnya pengetahuan pengelola terkait tata cara dan frekuensi perawatan mesin yang seharusnya dilakukan secara rutin, kondisi ini membuka peluang terjadinya kerusakan prematur dan penurunan kapasitas produksi. Program pengabdian ini dirancang untuk membangun kesadaran dan kapasitas mitra dalam menerapkan perawatan preventif, mencakup penyusunan jadwal berkala dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) perawatan mesin. Pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang berjalan melalui empat siklus: reconnaissance, planning, action, serta observation and reflection bersama mitra secara kolaboratif. Luaran kegiatan memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta yang signifikan, disertai tersedianya dokumen jadwal dan SOP perawatan yang siap diterapkan secara independen.
