From Chaos To Cooperation: Memberdayakan Anak-Anak di SB Selangor Malaysia melalui Pembelajaran Interaktif dan Pengembangan Karakter

Abstract
Program KKN Internasional di Sanggar Bimbingan Selangor memberdayakan 13 anak Pekerja Migran Indonesia non-dokumen yang tidak memiliki akses pendidikan formal. Awalnya, kondisi kelas tidak teratur (chaos) karena siswa kelas I-VI belajar bersama di satu ruang dengan kemampuan dasar yang jauh berbeda. Pengabdian ini mengukur dampak intervensi pembelajaran interaktif dan pengembangan karakter menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran selama 28 hari. Hasilnya menunjukkan transisi yang jelas menuju lingkungan kooperatif (cooperation). Pembagian siswa menjadi dua kelompok jenjang serta pelaksanaan empat program kerja (pendidikan, lingkungan, kesehatan, kewirausahaan) terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan akademik siswa (membaca, menulis, berhitung, dan hafalan). Secara karakter, siswa menjadi lebih disiplin, mandiri, dan saling menghargai. Kesimpulannya, intervensi terstruktur pada kelas multijenjang sangat efektif tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan capaian akademik, tetapi juga untuk membangun kedisiplinan peserta didik.
