Pelatihan dan Pendampingan C-Agile Program dalam Mengoptimalkan Adaptabilitas Karier Mahasiswa UQISA Australia

Abstract
Disrupsi kecerdasan buatan (AI) memicu kecemasan karier pada Generasi Z akibat career ladder truncation. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan merekonstruksi adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa Indonesia di University of Queensland Indonesian Students Association (UQISA), Brisbane, Australia. Intervensi dioperasikan melalui C-Agile Program berbasis experiential action-learning cycle (Model 3C: Compass, Capability, Connection). Evaluasi dampak menggunakan desain lagged evaluation pre-post test dengan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) pada 20 mahasiswa selama 4 minggu (16 Mei – 13 Juni 2026). Hasil uji paired samples t-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor adaptabilitas karier dari sebelum intervensi (M = 96,65; SD = 11,73) ke sesudah intervensi (M = 110,45; SD = 8,45) dengan t(19) = -5,492 (p < 0,001). Terjadi eliminasi kategori rendah (25,00% ke 0,00%) dan lonjakan kategori tinggi (20,00% ke 75,00%). Program ini terbukti memulihkan agensi karier mahasiswa serta mendukung pencapaian SDGs 4 dan 8.
