Pelatihan Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Resiko Kecelakaan Kerja Bagi Calon Tenaga Kerja Otomotif di Era Pandemi

Abstract
Resiko kecelakaan kerja menjadi permasalahan dari tahun ke tahun yang semakin meningkat. Kecelakaan bagi tenaga kerja berakibat pada cacat fisik dan kematian. Bagi pelaku usaha kecelakaan kerja berakibat terhadap efektifitas pekerjaan yang akan terhambat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang kebutuhan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3). Pelatihan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dilaksanakan pada 12 Juni 2021 di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Salam dengan subyek siswa SMK jurusan teknik otomotif yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Pelatihan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dibagi menjadi 4 tahapan yaitu: tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, tahapan penutup dan tahapan evaluasi. Pelatihan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dipersiapkan dan dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan antusias siswa yang baik dalam mengikuti kegiatan serta tanggapan siswa yang sangat setuju pelatihan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dilaksanakan karena berdampak pada peningkatan wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang resiko kecelakaan kerja serta prosedur kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3).
