Peningkatan Pengetahuan Masyarakat Melalui Sosialisasi Pembuatan Kombucha di Desa Bulak Kabupaten Cirebon

Abstract
Desa Bulak di Kabupaten Cirebon mayoritas penduduknya adalah petani dan menghadapi tantangan ekonomi, seperti kurangnya kesempatan kerja dan ketergantungan pada sektor pertanian tradisional. Untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi, diperlukan langkah inovatif yang memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal dan tren konsumen. Diversifikasi ekonomi menjadi penting untuk mengurangi ketimpangan ekonomi. Pembuatan Kombucha Rosella dipilih karena ketersediaan bahan baku lokal dan permintaan akan minuman sehat. Tujuan utama adalah memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pelatihan pembuatan Kombucha, menciptakan peluang wirausaha lokal, dan memperluas pasar produk lokal, sehingga diharapkan meningkatkan pendapatan dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat setempat.
