Abstract

Keamanan lingkungan RT 07 RW 01 Desa Sidabowa, Banyumas, masih bertumpu pada pola konvensional seperti ronda berkala, sehingga memicu celah pengawasan akibat tingginya mobilitas warga. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan menerapkan sistem Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) berbasis komunitas guna mendukung SDGs 11 (permukiman aman), SDGs 16 (kelembagaan tangguh), dan SDGs 9 (teknologi tepat guna). Kegiatan ini melibatkan warga melalui empat tahapan terstruktur: persiapan, sosialisasi, implementasi perangkat, dan pendampingan operasional. Hasil evaluasi melalui kuesioner menunjukkan indeks kepuasan positif mencapai 100%, dengan rincian akumulatif 92% menyatakan "Sangat Setuju" dan 8% "Setuju" terhadap aspek kesesuaian kebutuhan, kualitas pelayanan, kejelasan materi, kecukupan waktu, dan keberlanjutan program. Kesimpulannya, implementasi sistem CCTV ini berhasil meningkatkan indeks rasa aman warga secara signifikan sekaligus mewujudkan kemandirian tata kelola keamanan digital berbasis komunitas di tingkat pedesaan
