Abstract

PTingginya workplace incivility dan komitmen organisasi dapat meningkatkan turnover intention, ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah karyawan yang resign. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh workplace incivility dan komitmen organisasii terhadap turnover intention. Metodei yang digunakani adalah  pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian inii adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan menerapkan metode sampling jenuh dalam menentukan jumlah sampel yaitu 120 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diujii menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingginya workplace incivility dan komitmen organisasi dapat meningkatkan dan menurunkan turnover intention karyawan pada perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa workplace incivility berpengaruh positifi dan signifikan terhadap turnover iintention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Multi Beton Karya Mandiri Cabang Pati.
