Abstract

Komponen penting dari bisnis yang mempromosikan kinerja dan inovasi adalah sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana perilaku kerja inventif karyawan dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan pribadi, inisiatif, dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Menentukan tingkat di mana ketiga faktor tersebut memengaruhi perilaku inventif adalah tujuannya. 132 orang diberi kuesioner sebagai bagian dari strategi pengambilan sampel bertujuan yang digunakan dalam studi ini. Perangkat lunak SPSS 16.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja inovatif secara positif dan signifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai pribadi, inisiatif, dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk mengembangkan ketiga area ini untuk meningkatkan inovasi di tempat kerja. Organisasi akan mendapat manfaat dari peningkatan kinerja dan daya saing sebagai hasilnya. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa baik strategi individu maupun kepemimpinan yang mendorong inovasi dan perubahan dapat meningkatkan perilaku inventif.
