Meningkatkan Daya Saing Pengusaha Perempuan melalui Pelatihan Mindset Kewirausahaan dan Literasi Digital

Abstract
Indonesia saat ini menghadapi tantangan terutama pada rendahnya daya saing usaha mikro dan kecil yang dijalankan oleh perempuan. Usaha yang dijalankan relatif stagnan dan sulit berkembang, karena minimnya pemahaman tentang pola pikir kewirausahaan dan literasi digital. Tujuan PKM adalah meningkatkan daya saing pengusaha perempuan pemula di Indonesia melalui pelatihan bertema mindset kewirausahaan dan literasi digital. Pelatihan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada pengusaha perempuan tentang mindset kewirausahaan, memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce untuk pemasaran produk, serta menggunakan aplikasi keuangan digital. Hasil PKM menunjukkan transformasi signifikan, peserta yang sebelumnya hanya menggunakan media sosial untuk keperluan pribadi, sekarang menggunakannya untuk mengembangkan bisnis. Selain itu, yang sebelumnya mencatat keuangan secara manual, kini beralih ke aplikasi pencatatan keuangan digital, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan bisnis, mendorong pembentukan komunitas bisnis informal, memfasilitasi pertukaran ide dan networking yang berkelanjutan. Pelatihan ini bukan hanya berdampak dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bisnis yang dijalankan para perempuan di Kota Surabaya dan sekitarnya, tetapi memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mengurangi kesenjangan gender di dunia usaha dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi regional.
