Peningkatan Pemahaman HIV AIDS sebagai Salah Satu Upaya Penerimaan Diri dan Optimalisasi Produktifitas pada Perempuan HIV AIDS di Jabodetabek

Abstract
Pelabelan dan diskriminasi terhadap ODHIV, khususnya Perempuan dengan HIV/AIDS (PDHA) dan transgender, menyebabkan mereka menutup diri, enggan mengakses layanan kesehatan, dan mengalami penurunan kondisi fisik maupun mental. Akibatnya, mereka kesulitan menjalankan peran sosial dan keluarga secara optimal. PDHA menghadapi stigma baik dari luar (eksternal) maupun dalam diri sendiri (internal), sehingga penerimaan diri rendah dan produktivitas sulit dicapai meskipun berada di usia produktif. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pelatihan tatap muka selama dua hari dan pendampingan konseling sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan HIV/AIDS, mendorong penerimaan diri, dan menjaga produktivitas PDHA. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 50 PDHA mengikuti pelatihan secara penuh dengan antusias. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang terbukti dari perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terkait HIV/AIDS serta membangun kepercayaan diri dan produktivitas.
