Abstract
Cardiac arrest merupakan penyebab utama kematian global yang membutuhkan respons cepat berbasis komunitas. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas kader kesehatan dalam pencegahan dan penanganan henti jantung melalui pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD). Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan kader dalam perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam penanganan cardiac arrest, serta terbentuknya kesiapsiagaan komunitas. Penguatan kapasitas ini berpotensi menurunkan angka mortalitas serta meningkatkan literasi kesehatan masyarakat. Integrasi pendekatan pemberdayaan dan strategi komunikasi berbasis komunitas menjadi kunci keberhasilan program.
