Pemberdayaan Komunitas Peduli Hipertensi dalam Pengendalian Tekanan Darah pada Pekerja Migran di Kampung Pandan, Malaysia

Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan pengendalian hipertensi pada pekerja migran melalui pemberdayaan komunitas berbasis Participatory Action Research. Metode yang digunakan menekankan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program secara berkelanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan perilaku kesehatan berdasarkan skor pretest dan posttest. Pendekatan ini efektif karena memanfaatkan interaksi sosial dan pembelajaran kolektif dalam komunitas. Program ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat dalam pengelolaan kesehatan mandiri dan berkelanjutan.
