Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has presented major challenges in the education sector, including in primary schools. This pandemic situation has an impact on the entire learning process in elementary schools, educators to adapt to these changes. In facing the post-Covid-19 era, In House Training (IHT) has been recognized as a relevant solution to improve teacher competence. IHT offers a tailored and flexible approach in developing teacher professionalism in the school environment. Through this training, educators can improve digital and instructional skills, enabling them to adapt to dynamic changes in education. The sub-district coordinator for elementary schools in the Kembar area, has determined several elementary schools as IHT targets, including SD Dukuhwaluh, SD Karangsoka, SD Banangan, SD Linggasari, SD Bojongsari, and SD Karangsari. His IHT materials, such as creating school email, Drive, Canva, Office, and video. This IHT will last for 1 week with a theme that varies every day, using the target school as the closest activity center to other schools.
